Price Match Guarantee Program Terms and Conditions

If you have completed a booking on BirdDog for a hunt that is participating in the Price Match Guarantee Program and you find a lower price for the same hunt on another app or website (other than BirdDog) within 24 hours of completing your booking, you may be eligible to receive BirdDog Credit equal to the difference between the price of your original BirdDog booking and the lower rate you found afterwards (up to a maximum of $500 USD or equivalent in local currency). The value of any BirdDog Credit issued under the Price Match Guarantee Program will be calculated based on the difference in the total price of the hunt, inclusive of any applicable taxes and fees.

Note: Only bookings at listings that show “Price Match Guarantee” during checkout are eligible for this program, and requests must be made within 24 hours of booking.

Eligibility for the Price Match Guarantee

Only bookings at listings that show a “Price Match Guarantee” at checkout are eligible for the Price Match Guarantee Program. To receive BirdDog Credit under this program, you must submit your request within 24 hours of booking and satisfy the following conditions:

• The lower rate you found must be for the same hunt, the same date(s), the same package or trip type, and the same number of hunters as the booking you made on BirdDog.
• The lower rate must not be tied to a stricter cancellation policy than your booking on BirdDog.
• The lower rate you found must be an apples-to-apples comparison. That means that the total price of the trip that you found must be lower than the total price on BirdDog, inclusive of any applicable taxes and fees. For multi-day trips, eligibility is evaluated on the basis of the total trip price, not the price of any single day.
• The lower rate must be available to the general public. Special group rates such as military rates, youth rates, corporate rates, etc. do not apply. Rates offered through loyalty or rewards programs, through contests, or as part of a travel package are not eligible.
• If you find a lower rate on an app or website that doesn’t provide the name of the outfitter or property until after you complete the booking, or where you are able to name your own price, those rates are not eligible for this program.
• The lower rate cannot be from BirdDog or any BirdDog affiliate.

To submit a claim

1. Take a screenshot of the lower rate you’ve found. Make sure that the screenshot includes the dates of the hunt, outfitter or property name, website/app name, rate details, package type, number of hunters, cancellation policy, and any other relevant information related to the conditions of the Price Match Guarantee Program.
2. Submit your claim by contacting us within 24 hours of making your booking on BirdDog.
3. In your message, include the outfitter or property name, where you found the lower price, a copy of the screenshot, and any other relevant information.

Limitations to the Price Match Guarantee Program

• BirdDog Credit is subject to BirdDog’s Credit Terms and is redeemable for eligible hunts, lodging, or services on BirdDog (availability can vary by region). BirdDog Credit will expire one (1) year after the date of issuance.
• BirdDog will make the sole determination regarding a customer’s eligibility to receive BirdDog Credit under the Price Match Guarantee Program in its reasonable discretion. We reserve the right to deny claims that are suspicious and/or appear to be fraudulent.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Price Match Guarantee Program does not apply in the event of disasters, acts of terrorism or other abnormal or unforeseeable events outside BirdDog’s reasonable control.
• The maximum amount of any BirdDog Credit that can be issued under the Price Match Guarantee Program is $500 (USD) or the equivalent in local currency.
• Any BirdDog Credit issued will be voided if the BirdDog booking is cancelled by the user prior to the hunt or if the credit card charge associated with the booking is disputed.

Modification to these terms and conditions

BirdDog reserves the right to change these terms or terminate the Price Match Guarantee Program at any time, with such changes applying to future bookings only.
