Review the available game to make sure your desired game is an option ~ This is a build your own hunting opportunity. There is a per night cost for food and lodging (if desired), and you get to add-on your desired game on a trophy fee basis. This means, you only pay for the game you want to harvest (if the hunt is high-fence and proves unsuccessful you will be given a credit for the amount of trophy fee paid to return to the ranch on a later date). The “starting at” cost on the game card does not include the per night food and lodging cost. There will likely be size optionality that you can choose during the checkout process. Additional game can be added during the hunt. 2. Select your desired date range ~ Please note the # of days and nights in the description as this is the range the date picker will ask you to select! 3. Once you are happy with the dates, enter the booking workflow by selecting “Book Your Hunt Today” ~ Here you will add hunting guests, non-hunting guests, and any add-ons if desired. Any minimum or maximum guest restrictions will come into play at this step. If you haven’t created a BirdDog account, you will need to do so in order to book your experience. Non-hunting guests can upgrade to hunting guests during the hunt. 4. Enter primary contact information ~ Whoever the primary contact is will serve as the point person for your group for the experience. 5. Click “proceed to purchase” to enter the payment portal ~ Once you have entered your payment information and clicked “book”, you will receive a date confirmation email. While we have our providers keep their dates as updated as possible, we still want to confirm with them before finalizing the trip. We will get back to you with final confirmation within 48 hours of your booking. 6. Get ready for Happy Hunting! ~ After confirmation, you will begin to receive information about your hunt, the itinerary, what to bring, etc. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions!
